EGFR 重組兔單克隆抗體
EGFR是一種170kDa的跨膜蛋白，由胞外功能區(qū)(結(jié)合配體)、跨膜區(qū)和具有酪氨酸激酶活性的胞內(nèi)區(qū)組成。EGFR表達于多種正常組織，特別是復(fù)層上皮和鱗狀上皮的基底層。在許多上皮源性腫瘤中均有過表達現(xiàn)象，如乳腺癌、膀胱癌、胰腺癌、胃癌及甲狀腺癌等，其陽性表達表明預(yù)后差。
