Napsin A 重組兔單克隆抗體
Napsin A是一種含有420個氨基酸的胃蛋白酶樣天冬氨酸蛋白酶，主要在肺和腎中表達。 在肺中，Napsin A在由TTF-1調(diào)節(jié)的II型肺泡細胞中表達，并參與生成表面活性蛋白B。肺泡內(nèi)巨噬細胞含有Napsin A，這是吞噬作用的結(jié)果。 在腎臟中，Napsin A在近曲小管中表達，參與溶酶體蛋白質(zhì)的分解代謝。 Napsin A在肺腺癌與鱗狀細胞癌的鑒別診斷中非常重要，常與TTF-1，CK5和p63聯(lián)用。 對于未知來源的腺癌，NapA和TTF1可輔助鑒別肺起源，NapA和PAX 8輔助鑒別腎起源。
