肺鱗癌p40(BP6033)染色
p40 重組兔單克隆抗體
p40是p63蛋白的亞型之一，通常表達于復層上皮組織的基底細胞層或祖細胞層（如鱗狀上皮、尿路上皮、支氣管上皮）、某些腺上皮的基底細胞（如前列腺）、乳腺和唾液腺的肌上皮細胞、滋養(yǎng)層及胸腺上皮細胞。腫瘤組織中，p40在鱗狀細胞癌中具有特異性表達，但肺腺癌中罕見表達，其對于肺鱗癌的敏感性類似于p63，但專一性明顯優(yōu)于p63，可用于肺鱗癌和肺腺癌的鑒別診斷。
