CD15 重組鼠單克隆抗體
CD15抗原也稱X-半抗原，存在于包括嗜中性粒細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞在內(nèi)的90%以上的粒細(xì)胞中，少部分存在于單核細(xì)胞中。在幾乎所有的慢性髓性白血?。–ML）CD15陽(yáng)性，急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血?。ˋLL）極少表達(dá)。R-S細(xì)胞和單核霍奇金細(xì)胞中，80%的經(jīng)典型霍奇金淋巴瘤CD15陽(yáng)性表達(dá)。該抗體主要用于霍奇金淋巴瘤和粒細(xì)胞肉瘤的診斷。
