Rb Gene Protein 鼠單克隆抗體
視網(wǎng)膜母細(xì)胞瘤(Rb)是一種罕見的視網(wǎng)膜腫瘤，與13號(hào)染色體突變有關(guān)。Rb抑癌基因編碼的核磷酸化蛋白存在于許多細(xì)胞中，可通過激活轉(zhuǎn)錄因子ATF-2間接調(diào)控細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)。Rb基因的雙側(cè)突變可能在多種惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用，目前主要用于胃癌、食道癌、乳腺癌等惡性腫瘤的研究。
