Bcl-2 重組鼠單克隆抗體
bcl-2是分子量為25kDa的線粒體內(nèi)膜蛋白，是一種細(xì)胞凋亡的抑制因子，參與細(xì)胞凋亡的調(diào)控。bcl-2正常表達(dá)于套區(qū)和邊緣區(qū)的小B細(xì)胞和部分T細(xì)胞、胸腺髓質(zhì)細(xì)胞和正常乳腺上皮細(xì)胞。在多數(shù)軟組織腫瘤中陽(yáng)性表達(dá)，如孤立性纖維瘤、滑膜肉瘤等。該抗體也用于濾泡性淋巴瘤與反應(yīng)性濾泡增生的診斷及鑒別診斷。
