Calretinin 兔多克隆抗體
Calretinin是分子量為29 kDa，由 CALB2 基因編碼的 EF 手形家族的一種的鈣結(jié)合蛋白。Calretinin在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中均有表達(dá)，并在聽覺神經(jīng)元中表達(dá)豐富。Calretinin可用于區(qū)別上皮間皮瘤和腺癌的鑒別診斷，也可用于區(qū)分造釉細(xì)胞瘤和角化性囊性牙源性腫瘤的診斷，在先天性巨結(jié)腸病中用于評(píng)估腸粘膜下“肥大神經(jīng)叢”。
