Bcl-6是一種分子量為79kDa蛋白質。Bcl-6是一個轉錄調控基因，編碼706氨基酸核鋅指蛋白。該蛋白的抗體可染色淋巴濾泡生發(fā)中心細胞、濾泡淋巴瘤、彌漫性大b細胞淋巴瘤、淋巴瘤的濾泡細胞和濾泡間細胞，以及結節(jié)性淋巴細胞優(yōu)勢型霍奇金病的大多數(shù)里德-斯登伯格細胞。
