Clusterin 重組兔單克隆抗體
Clusterin是一種分子量為75-80kDa的異二聚體糖蛋白，存在于體腔表面被覆上皮細胞和大多數(shù)生物液中。過表達或低表達Clusterin與一系列疾病有關(guān)，包括各種癌、腎小球腎炎、多囊性腎病、腎小管損傷、乳腺復(fù)舊、不孕癥和神經(jīng)退行性疾病(包括阿爾海默氏病、動脈粥樣硬化及心肌梗死)。研究表明，Clusterin可能是ALCL的一個有用的診斷標(biāo)志物，特別是在ALK-1(-)病例中。Clusterin的過表達似乎是卵巢癌患者有用的預(yù)后因素。
