CD63 重組兔單克隆抗體
CD63是一種溶酶體膜蛋白，作為TIMP1的細胞表面受體，在細胞信號級聯(lián)的激活中發(fā)揮作用。它存在于多種不同類型的細胞中，淋巴細胞、單核細胞、中性粒細胞、巨噬細胞、活化的血小板、內(nèi)皮細胞和黑色素瘤。CD63的表達與惡性黑色素瘤的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移呈負相關(guān)，起到了抑制腫瘤的作用，常用于黑色素瘤的研究。
