Collagen Type IV 重組兔單克隆抗體
IV型膠原是基底膜的主要成分，與細胞粘附、轉(zhuǎn)移、分化以及生長密切相關(guān)。IV型膠原在各類組織中均有表達，包括腎臟、肌肉、淋巴結(jié)、肺、肌腱和脾臟等。IV型膠原可用區(qū)分乳腺癌中的浸潤癌和原位癌，在其他組織的良惡性研究也有報道，如胰腺癌、胰腺炎、腎臟疾病、口腔鱗癌、喉癌、卵巢癌、子宮內(nèi)膜癌。
