HCG 重組兔單克隆抗體
hCG（人絨毛膜促性腺激素抗體）是在胎盤(pán)的合體滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞和某些滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤中合成的糖蛋白激素。 激素特異性α鏈的分子量為13KDa。hCG存在于痣和絨毛膜癌，生殖細(xì)胞腫瘤的絨毛膜組分，精原細(xì)胞瘤/無(wú)性細(xì)胞瘤和胚胎癌中的合體滋養(yǎng)類細(xì)胞中。在診斷病理學(xué)中，hCG是生殖細(xì)胞腫瘤分類和鑒定性腺外生殖細(xì)胞腫瘤的有用標(biāo)記物。
